  • Yes, Catori offers standard or deluxe receiving.

    While it is recommended that each piece be inspected, not everyone wants the items opened before arriving at the client's home or space. We respect that decision; however, it makes it more difficult to get items replaced if they are not inspected in a timely manner. We strive to open each piece within 72 hours of receiving date.
